i started to think that the tight line was better (after all my runs of
course) because you could brake later and harder and maintain the good speed
around the previous corner. there was lots of grip on the right hander so
you could be going faster into the bump-hairpin. the late apex getting out
of the hairpin was of less use because that straight was fairly short. there
was a big puddle there when i was running tho.
BTW, i rode in that black VR4 AWD twin turbo and the guy just wailed on the
brakes into that turn right over the bump... er what bump? couldnt even feel
it in that car. he was sliding all over the place and still ran a 50.5x or
so.
