You mean October through June? :-)
We just run in the rain (and one time the snow) since as others have
mentioned we have limited site availability and here in Seattle if you
stopped doing things in the rain you'd never get anything done!
That said the worst rain events I've been to have both been in San
Diego. Here in Seattle it drizzles for a month straight and doesn't
reach the total amount of rain we got there during this year's NT.
Rivers running across the course, karts drowning out, course workers
drenched, oh boy!
BTW one example of how wet it was on Thursday is that it came down so
hard we got water *inside* the gas tank of the TR6! (which didn't help
our Friday runs until we burned it out) Next time we'll be smart enough
to put a baggy or something over the upwards-facing gas cap on the car.
I also pity poor Sean who had to replace the TR6's front wheel bearing
in a downpour so wet that his lead hammer started washing away (true!).
