I'm totally against a rule like that, despite the fact that my current ride
is a kart so I get soaked. I enjoy driving in the rain in a car (although
working in the rain leaves something to be desired) and have always told
students if they can learn to race smoothly in the rain they will they will
be much better drivers the rest of the time.
