Me thinks you are contradicting yourself.

You don't agree with stock costs, except you go on to say that
BS/AS/SS have high costs. This is confusing. Not everyone spends
all that they can in developing their SP car. The schema is the
same.

As Deepak Chopra says (WRT previous DSP/CSP classing changes of
13 years ago) "Let it go."
