And now is sounds to me that everyone is complaining that in order to be 
competitive in STS it will require buying a base '88 Civic chassis and swapping 
in a Si engine (or making some other such investment in the car of your 
choice). So, you can't be competitive in Stock because it's too restrictive 
(can't put on a thick rear swaybar) and can't be competitive in Street Prepared 
(requires too much money and time to develop a car). Now the issue is someone 
has spent money and time to build a very competitive Street Touring car and 
people don't like it. Sounds like the old "I" class argument to me again - "I 
want a class where I can win."
