Yeah, that's pretty substantial. DeciBels are on a logarithmic scale and
it's more work than I want to go through to define (and I'd need books
that aren't here :). Suffice to say, that if you had a 60 dB source and
added another 60 dB source to it (i.e. twice the noise), it'd be 63 dB
total.
