I just read the Tech Bulletin, and that is correct for the current
14.2.E rule of "Any steering may be used.", but this new rule in the May
Fastrack REMOVES that allowance for the 2003 season. Why make that Tech
Bulletin to point out that it's allowed for 2002 and then just 2 months
later make notice that it WON'T be legal in 2003? In fact, why add that
rule change at all?
