I suspect the SCCA intended for all "eta" engined cars to be in the same
class as their differences are truly minute. After all, the DS "6-cyl
3-series NOC" covers a huge range from the E46 330Ci to the E30 325i, but
the SCCA sees fit to keep them in the same class.
