Speaking as the fastest of the stock and street prepared cars, I only touched 
the rev-limiter in 2nd gear for a brief period of time and in a straight 
line, at the finish on Saturday and on the fairly straight section of the 
course on Sunday.  This is about 68 mph and less than highway speed limit in 
Texas!  So under section 1.2.2, I don't think I was driving more hazardously 
than legal highway driving.
