harness hardware

Hey all, who sells the little anti-rattle spring-clips that fit into 3"
harness buckles and adjusters?  I know Pegasus does but geez, they want like
$5.50 each and I need at least 8 of them.  That's crazy pricing and I'm
afraid they've just priced themselves out of another customer.
