For what its worth, I'll definately agree with Roger 2. I've seen "new"
tires show up at Kansas, labeled just as the "old" tires. Only a few
people would get them and not always were they better. I know someone
that has kept a BFG tire shaving "ball". Made from shavings of tires at
Nationals at least 5 yrs ago and then hand compressed/rolled into a
"ball". ITS STILL HOLDING TOGETHER IN A BALL!
How do you police this before Nationals with no production timeline
criteria either?
