I thought the $170 Hoosier were high dollar that I probably need at least 3
sets of to race with next year.  I rather if everyone else did run on a
real street tire.  Even if it cost 200 or 205 a piece, then there is the
extra set of wheels cost too.  The other reason its nice to have there
classes is it does attract lots of younger people who do not have a $2500 a
year tire budget. and another $1000 for wheels.  That still allot of money
to me.  I see the SCCA being like the NHRA some day where they do not get
very many new members, and the average age starts to hit in the 50's and
the all the sudden have to try and get some newer younger members.
