I expect a decision made at the end of September probably won't get
published until the November Fastrack. And I notice that the SEB notes on
the SCCA web site aren't running in advance of the paper publication any
more....
So, we wait. Personally, I'd be surprised if the proposal were tabled until
2002 (but I've been surprised once or twice before).
