Canada shure has some cheap concrete... it's @ $60.00 a yard in PA. If
doing a large project (autox site) you could probably get it cheaper
though.
My scratch paper figures: 200'x200' is 40,000sf.
40,000 divided by 80 (sf
per yard at 4" thick) is 500
500yards x $60 is $30,000
