Not necessarily true... I've delt with othet Internet-based companies that
have messed up orders repeatedly, and in the end have sent me the proper
product and told me to keep the incorrect one just to make amends.
However, this was a particular retailer who sent me the wrong game, which is
a little less expensive than a set of racing tires (-:
