Driver Training (was a bunch of other stuff)

Me thinks that all "driver training" programs should be eliminated from
schools and SCCA Solo2 should become the official nation wide training for
any one who wants to operate a motor vehicle on public streets.  We could
then get government $$ to aquire tracks/lots, have a lot more events
available to us, many of us could have jobs as driving instructors, and our
streets would be infinitely safer.  And with the kart program, kids could
learn basic skills way before they ever hit the street.
