I was looking through the CP results and saw this:
58 11 Chuck Tate 98 Plymouth Neon Blue BFGoodrich
How did he end up there? Wouldn't he be a better fit in EP? I looked for
the car and couldn't find it classed anywhere. Did he come out and just
get put there or what? I thought turbo at first, but then he would have
been EM. I'm probably missing something really obvious here, but I can't
seem to figure out what it is. Just curious.
