Checking whois..., it looks like NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC themselves owns it. Must have been a repo. Note that Microsoft just came out with a new chip (yes, chip) that is called "solo2" so good luck getting any domain names or trademarks for anything related to the word "solo2".
