AP rules?

The "new" AP seems to allow, even encourage,
turbocharged cars to run there. I'm wondering if an SM
legal (or even SP legal) turbocar like a twin turbo
Supra could legally run in AP and what changes would be
necessary - just to be legal not necessarily to be
fast :-)

17" wheels to comply, but that's about all I'd have to
change. Is that correct?
