RM Tour Run/Work order?

So am I reading this right? We're supposed to work the run group before
our own? Who thought up this? Why not

Run   Work
 1     3
 2     4
 3     1
 4     2

Gives you a break in between work and running.

Or am I smoking something and didn't read the flyer right?
