No. Once before you load up the car. Once when you roll the car off the
trailer at the event. Once right before your heat starts. Once after
each spin (got up to 50# in the rear after my imitation of a ponycar spin
at last year's states). Once before your co-driver's runs. Once at the
end of the event. That's at least 5 times a week. ( :
