I agree with Jeff on this. If they are the '99 discontinued tire, you are
out of luck, but if it's the 2000 compound, you SHOULD be able to get it
adjusted from Hoosier. And I too have had only positive experiences in
dealing with Jeff Speer at Hoosier Racing Tire.
Sounds like you're not talking with the right people - directly with
Hoosier.
