FWIW Pennsylvania law prohibits ANYTHING on the windshield that blocks the
drivers vision. (oddly enough they require you to block your vision with
inspection stickers.:-) ) If you get a ticket in PA for the TireRack sticker
I guess the cop is within his rights. I personally removed my sticker before
I left the site; it really did block my vision of traffic lights etc.
