For those of you who have yet to take this short and painless personality
test as previously suggested by Mari Clements, I urge you to do so. The
people at Car-O-Scope will take a day to review your test, and tell you how
good of a choice your current car is, and then make some suggestions so
you'll be an even happier person.

I have just received the results of my Car-O-Scope, and I am very pleased
that Lucy, my Miata, is almost a perfect match for me, they said, BUT...

They also said I'm a bit too young to be driving this vehicle, and I care
too much about Lucy. They said if I dumped my Mazda Miata and got myself a
Honda Passport, I'd be a lot happier.

Number one on my suggested car list was a BMW 2002.

It gets more exciting than this. You can review your actual "compatibility
scores" to see how you compare with other personality types of owners of the
other vehicles they suggest that will make you a happier person. For
example, my "auto involvement" score is about an 8.3 out of a possible 10,
just a bit more than your average Volkswagen Corrado owner.

In the Flakiness department, boy was I shocked to discover I scored a 9.8
out of a possible 10. What the heck does this MEAN! The next closest, coming
in at 8, is your average driver of a BMW 328i, another car they suggested.

At least I am not cheap, they said, but I scored pretty high in the Status
Consciousness category (I don't like this test!), and what's this? They said
my Grasp of Reality is nearly non-existent.

So, take this test if you dare. You can find it at
