The reason I asked that was about 15 to 20 years ago there was an aftermarket
safety item that could be purchased for about $15 that you hooked up into your
motorcycle brake light. It would cause the brake light to flash whenever you
triggerd the brake light via applying the brakes. When you were off the brakes
, the light just kept a steady low beam tallight.

Cars. I believe that they are actually standard equipment on Daewoos or one
of the other Korean manufacturers.
