You mean you and Gene are used to running against Gary Szabo in DS, by now
in that little British car!! Ask Gene what he is doing driving an english
car again. I thought he only drove Mazdas, especially RX-3s. Good to hear
Gene is going to the runoffs. Good luck and have funnn.

Subject: D Stock MGB?
Scott:
You Write: "Do you think the guy in the 1971 MGB will be surprised when he
gets
to
Topeka and finds that he is entered in D Stock rather than H Stock
:-). (From the entry list) Perhaps he changed classes and forgot to
change his car?"
That would be my co-driver, Gene Rolfe. (I'm not sure which one of us is
the
"tire warmer.") There was apparently a MAJOR typo at SCCA headquarters!
They
somehow left the "P" off of the DSP class he registered for.
So, are you trying to say that Lucretia, my dearly beloved, (nearly) thirty
year
old MGB wouldn't thoroughly TROUNCE those pesky D-Stockers?? Hmmmph!
Consider
the gauntlet flung, sir!
