This is the worst part. Maybe they should have given it a little more
thought. It was fine when everyone thought DSM's were uncompetitive. Now
that there are some people becoming competitive (way to go!!), the SEB
decides it MUST be a HUGE advantage over 300+ HP LS1's. I've heard that
David Schotz's LS1 runs high 12's in the 1/4 mile in ESP trim at 110+mph
(the only one I've heard numbers on, not trying to single anyone out). I
doubt any of the 14B DSM's can match that. Maybe the SEB needs to restrict
the LS1's also. The 3rd gen. f-bodies appear to be at a disadvantage.

Already did. As stated in my letter, I am seriously considering dropping my
SCCA membership. I don't feel like being a part of an organization that is
so obviously biased.
