We ran them for the first time on our Neon May 16th, my son took the class by
1.3 seconds, and we cured the tailhappyness of the Neon that we always had.
All the competitors had BFGs with the closest competitor on new G Forces.

I'm no hotshoe. But Stacey Molleker is, and he runs in my region. He runs
BFG, and I am on Kumhos (205s all around).
Basically (usually), I suck. But at the most recent event I trailed Stacey
by only 0.4 seconds on a 50 second course. I was faster than Laura Molleker
by 0.16 seconds. The Mollekers were driving their 1999 ACR Coupe, while I
was in my 1995 ACR sedan (I have an alignment (-2.5deg front, 0deg rear,
0toe everywhere), and an Amsoil filter -- no muffler change, nothing else at
all).
I really think they ARE competitive. Or maybe I had the luckiest day of my
life :-)
