Jeff,

The cost of owning a Ferrari is not only the purchase but the maintenance. I
believe a 328 requires engine removal for routine service every 30k miles.
Expect $5000 every 30K miles and god help you if you don't do the service.
There are a lot of Ferraris of that vintage going for $20 - $30K and that's
why. The current owners are getting rid of them before the big bucks need to
be spent on upkeep.

While we all know they will appreciate in value recognize that you must have
the ante to play this rich man's game.
