It is a Neon...just one thats morphed a bit. I saw one at the San Diego
Car Show and was impressed with the style (but then I like the M coupe
also). It seemed taller than it may actually be. So, I think it may be
an okay autocrosser. But it is one I will wait to see someone else try
it first.
