In addition, let any turbocharged/supercharged car not otherwise classified
in Prepared to run in AP.  I think it is pretty silly for SCCA to deny all
these cars a place to play in Prepared Category.

I won't be writing a letter to SEB (since I have no right to) but if any of
you all agree, go ahead and steal my idea.
