I don't see a :-) so I'll have to assume you don't understand me.
100mph is fast.
60 seconds is faster than 61 seconds. Notice that there is no mph here.
If the course was 10 miles long, it would be a FAST course. If the course
was 10 feet long, it would be a SLOW course. But still, one car was faster
than the other in both cases.
You don't have to be fast to win, you do have to be faster than your
competition.
