The best answer is 'It Depends' :-)
I think the 924s (78~82) came with 14/15x6 inch wheels. Mine (81) had
15x6s.
If you're talking about the 924S (86~88), they had 15x6, except in the case
of the Special Edition which had 15x7 rears. I have heard (but not verified)
that 16x6s were an option, too.
