FYI to those of you who can't find those of us who are
"transient" area code users in SE Michigan,
The latest addition is 734. There is still a recording telling
of the change if you call a switched number, but it won't last
much longer. Numbers that were switched to 248 no longer give a
recorded message (other than to tell you the number you've called
is not in service), so if you have a problem contacting someone
here, try one of those area codes if all else fails.
