I have decided to buy new tires for autox, but since I must drive massive distances to events on the same tires they will not be R compound tires. Instead they will be high performance street tires with a treadwear rating of about 160. I wonder if these tires need to be heat cycled to be maximally effective or should I just put 'um on and drive? Any suggestions? |
