Mike,
Why not? It was the last I heard/read. There has been "discussion" about a
rule but no actual rule as far as I know of except for 15.11C which seems
to apply to Prepared only.
I'm pretty sure Tommy S's Swift has a Stack DA dash and I would expect
others have or will have DA.
