The real problem is you don't know the proper spelling for Weber,
and the carbs know it.
Seriously, it sounds like you may have a problem with the inlet
needles not shutting off correctly. And as one person suggested this could
be caused by too high an inlet pressure from the fuel pump. Do you know
what pressure is being delivered to the carbs?
