Andy,

I bought one of these from Rootesparts earlier in the summer and  
found it to be of very good quality.
I even machined four small grooves, color coding each, into perimeter  
so that I could quickly find the precise adjustment point for the  
intake/exhaust valves when it is time to check the adjustments of the  
valves.
