I have used a thread tap to good effect. Sorry, but I can't remember the size just now. Once the thread bites onto the inside of the bush, I use a grip and tyre lever to lever it out. It should not be too tight. Alternatively, an 'easy-out' should do the trick. Of course, it is a lot easier with the engine out of the car. Julian. |
