Fitting the Parts

Okay, finally to the part where I start putting things back together.  
Several Questions.
#1.  Anyone have a good trick to line up the doors, hood, & trunk.
#2.  What size is the door hinge bolt.  I need to run a tap in a couple nuts, 
they seems to be a bit stripped.
#3.  Has anyone tried accessing the hood bolts with the hood closed from 
beneath?  I put my hand under there and they seem to be accessable.


I am really excited to be to this part so any suggestions would be 
appreciated.
