Lumpy, Personally, I keep 2 set-ups. 1. The twin strombergs, which perform great. 2. A twin downdraft Webber (28-36, progressive 2nd chamber) The second is for when I get fed up trying to get the strombergs right. I think it's the fact that they sit at an angle on the Sunbeam that makes them so tempremental. The Webber fits perfectly to the manifold of the SIII, as it has the same dimensions as the Solex twin.
