I haven't seen a good rust free series I, that's available, for about 30
years. They were rusted pretty bad even back in 1970 when I was
rebuilding my series I. Most owners junked them because the 1492cc
engine would blow and the seriesVs were so much better. Mine is rusted
in the bottom fenders, but the floor board is still in one piece. It is
rebuildable, and next year I'll have the time to start on it.
