What agreement did you make between the body shop and yourself? Any
additional bodywork that includes welding? Did you agree to apply primer
or did you just want to prevent surface rusting? It makes a big
difference in man hours and money. If you agreed to apply epoxy primer,
then you will need a LOT of resources available to spray in this cold
weather.
