Stainless Exhaust

Hey all,
I am looking to replace my exhaust system with something a little less
disintegrated and preferably stainless. I remember hearing good things
about the Falcon systems sold by Victoria British (I was not aware of them
selling anything of good quality). I'm looking for something with sporty
sound but not unreasonably loud. Any recommendations? Opinions on the
worth of headers as a performance booster?
