Tom,
the kits DO NOT include these little "top hats" made of brittle plastic that 
break real easy.  I had to scavenge through about 4 boosters to come up with 
two very nice ones.
I just talked to a guy last night that is buying one of my boosters that is 
going to attempt to make some out of brass.  I'll keep you posted on the 
progress.
