Brake Booster Rebuild 5 inch Diameter

Does the brake booster kit include the plastic valves that rock on the lever 
arm and the plastic center plug (with 3 sided lip)which is the first part to be 
removed from the back of the hydraulic cylinder?  These are quite stuck and I 
want to know if I can just break them or if I have to save them.  Thank you.
