Tim, Your cowl on the steering comes off like this: The right side (side with turn switch) snaps on with spring clips that go around the column. It seems like it will never come off because of the long lenght of those clips around the column. But it does. The left side (overdrive or blank plug) is secured with screws and collar. You must get the right off to get to them. You cannot put it on backwards because there is a "button" that goes into the column that won't allow this. Paul Colorado |
