re: brake vacuum servo

I removed my servo after I found too much fluid was draining into it.
The line that goes to the servo is then bent and fit into the 'safety
valve/splitter' (not sure of the name).
I suspect brake boosters are good for braking althought I have never had one
that worked. I have seen a picture of a tiger with two.

 Anyhow, my uncle who is helping me asked if the vacuum servo is
