Interior Color

My Tiger is about to come home from the body and paint
shop.  I am painting it the original Rootes BRG 86.  I
am considering a tan interior.  
1) Was tan an original option?
2)  If I choose to go tan instead of black, where does
the than stop?  Is the dash pad and dash roll tan too?
 Is EVERYTHING ususally tan or are some things not?
