Jets for twin Weber 40DCOEs

Hi,

I'm currently running a SIV Alpine with a Holbay engine in it, the carbs
are Twin 40s. Since I bought the car it has always ran very roughly,
better when cold, very spluttery when hot, but due to lots of other things
going wrong with the car I've not managed to get it to a rolling road to
have the carbs set up properly.

Does anyone know the jet sizes etc that the car should be running as I
don't even know if they are the correct ones.
